The examples of prayers, are for the purpose of examples, and meant to unite people in Spirituality, so please, adapt them to what is personal, for you. It is to clarify the content, and keep it simple.
Geopathic Stress
First, and most important, manage geopathic stress, and similar environmental energies.
Option 1: Pray over your bed, before you go to sleep. (Example: Heavenly Father, I Thank You for the day, and the blessings, that I receive this day. Please make this bed (or the beds in this house) a safe place to sleep.)
Option 2: Use a Gratitude Egg, as in tools.
Option 3: Yes, we are aware that there are other methods available, if you are using other methods, we recommend that you also use Option 1.
Line Up Your Chakras
Facing east, usually standing, using your right hand, extend your hitchhiking thumb, and your favourite driving finger (middle), place your thumb in the notch of your chin, then bring your hand down, and place your extended middle finger into your belly button. Do this 3 times. It's that simple. (For those that have other ways that they perform Chakra Alignment, there sometimes are other benefits with your method.) This is meant to be fast, easy, and effective.

Open Up Your Chakras
Facing east, usually standing, extend both arms upward, palms facing each other, open handed, directly above your head, shoulder width apart, and make the owl sound of "Hooooooooo", 3 times.

Manage Your Aura
It is our opinion, in most cases, for most people, that it is beneficial to keep your Aura, in close, and strong, in most environments. This is the method used, while doing it the first time, and follow-up maintenance. FYI, the first time you do this, it takes longer to complete the process. Usually, from a standing position, using your right hand, middle finger, continuously circle your abdomen, clockwise, with your finger going down on your left side, and finishing the circle up on your right side, while reciting "I want my energy, in close, and strong." Repeat this statement, continuously, and reciting it aloud is better. Do this procedure for as long as you feel led to doing it.

Energize Your Food and Drink
This process has multiple methods, which have beneficial, compounding effects, depending on how much you truly want to energize it. Pray over it.
ie: Heavenly Father, I Thank You for this food and drink, and I ask that you bless this, to our/my body. The long version of this prayer is on the blog "What Can You Do?"
Additionally, a Gratitude Egg in your home.
Also, saying I Love You, I Love You, I Love You (this statement, is an energetic tool).

8, 3, and 3, Ratcheted Energy Rotation
Rotate your plate, or cup, clockwise, around their center, in small, 8 evenly incremented stages, pause for 3 seconds, then rotate your plate, or cup, counterclockwise for 3 incremented stages, bringing it back closely to its' original position.
Note: These methods work especially well on cheap red wines, bitter black coffee, however, we don't recommend doing it to your beer, as it usually will flatten it.
